| Dosage | Set the Detergent dosage on your HOBART machine to 2.0-4.0g/l for areas with hard water, depending on the level of soiling on the washware. Our advice: start at the lower end of the scale for your water type and see the results for yourself. You can always increase the dosage at a later date – if required! For information on how to set the chemical dosage on your machine, refer to your Operating Manual. |
